Leveraging theories such as Disruptive Innovation, Diffusion of Innovation, and Speed of Adoption of New Products, the research highlights how innovative products and business practices can address unmet market needs. The study identifies key strategies, including product differentiation, educational initiatives, and digital marketing, to position "Inter Cosmetics" as a leader in the Polish beauty industry. By focusing on the newest cosmetic plant-based exosome products, the study demonstrates the potential of targeted marketing, innovative positioning, and consumer education to drive successful international market expansion
